This session will present key regulatory, clinical and commercial considerations for programs that are in the early phase of development!

In this program, you will hear lessons learned from startup CEOs who have successfully sold their companies. You’ll hear about what they did well and what they wish they did differently, with additional input from major acquirers. The presentation is based on recent interviews with over 30 CEOs and acquirers, as well as the personal experiences of the presenters.

 

This half-day program will cover:

 

• How to build your company to ensure it is exit-ready

• Timing options for selling a company

• How to start and run a successful M&A process
